Splash Paediatric Therapy is a dynamic, multidisciplinary service offering Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Psychology services, specialising in paediatrics. They are primarily a clinic-based practice, servicing the West, North and Inner East suburbs of Melbourne.

Occupational Therapist and Director, Lisa Clark started the business as a solo therapist, building it from the ground up. Today, it has grown into a private practice of 50 team members across 4 clinic locations around Melbourne!

Coming from a family of small business owners, Lisa knew exactly what it would take to own and operate a business. Whilst raising a young family, Lisa’s lived experience of ‘the juggle’ has shaped the business into what it is today – a business that delivers both clinical excellence for clients and clinic-based flexible work structures for staff.

Experience has shown that a great structure around work is the key to creating the divide between work life and personal life – which is so critically important when life is full! When it comes to work life, Lisa acknowledges that every therapist has their own set of unique circumstances and professional motivators, and in turn, creates great role diversification for the team.

Lisa plays an active role in multiple areas of the business and embraces the challenges and opportunities that each role brings. Coming from an OT background, she understands that the modern therapist is not just satisfied by “doing the work”, but also needs connection back into a workplace – connecting with other professionals to find their purpose and sense of self.

Lisa is highly driven to build the kind of workplace that she’d love turning up to – no matter what role she’s in.
